Overview

We are now looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager – US WEST to join our RELEX family in the US! You’ll join a diverse team of 19 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. Together the team ensures every customer gets the most value from our solution, all while maintaining healthy margins and SaaS revenue to support our accelerated expansion into North America. You will help the team achieve this goal by building high quality customer relationships, leading KPI target discussions, improving NPS scores, and actively pursuing incremental SaaS from upsell cross sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success Management or related fields
  • Experience in developing customer accounts
  • Knowledge of demand planning and supply chain management
  • Experience with retail or CPG
  • Relevant degree in business or engineering
  • Ability to influence business strategy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer challenges
  • Experience with IT service management
  • Ability to work independently
