  • Experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CX software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Based on the West Coast or in Pacific Time preferred.
