• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS, licensing, partnerships).
• Ensure compliance with UK and international laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and export controls.
• Lead data privacy compliance, develop policies, and advise on GDPR and global data protection.
• Provide legal advice on employment matters across jurisdictions.
• Manage trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Oversee external legal advisors and provide internal training.
• Support large enterprise sales deals to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management.
• Expertise in data protection and privacy laws.
• Familiarity with employment law across jurisdictions.
• Understanding of intellectual property rights.
• Ability to oversee external legal counsel.
• Experience supporting sales teams.
