Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support a fast-paced iGaming business with international operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, technology, and risk management in a highly regulated industry.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements.
• Structure and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and commercial terms.
• Provide strategic legal support to commercial and product teams.
• Ensure contractual compliance in high-risk, international environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual positions.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Ukrainian, B2-C1 English proficiency.
• Experience in high-risk sector, preferably iGaming.
• Understanding of commercial law and international contracts.
• Adaptability in interpreting gambling licensing frameworks.
• Expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity laws.
