Overview

We are seeking a talented legal counsel with commercial experience to join Ravelin. This role involves supporting the growth and development of the company through legal expertise in commercial transactions and contract negotiation.

In Short

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 0-1 years of experience.
• Experience in technology or commercial law.
• Ability to draft and review commercial agreements.
• Understanding of technology-related legal matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Adaptable to new technologies and legal developments.
