Project Manager (Client Operations) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Ravelin Client Operations team, who will be focused on the scalability of our operations, as well as making the programme that was kicked off after our acquisition by Worldpay a success.

In Short

• Manage part of our Product Scaling Readiness efforts.
• Work with various teams including data scientists, product support analysts, and account managers.
• Handle project management responsibilities for integration efforts with Worldpay.
• Contribute to internal product, operational, and technical discussions.
• Produce process and design documents.
• Facilitate meetings and unblock team work.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Help manage urgent projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects to completion.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with technically complex products.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Pragmatic problem solver.
• Commercially-savvy background is a plus.
