Overview

Caribou is seeking a Project Operations Manager to act as the connective tissue across our programs, business development, and internal leadership. This role blends project coordination, business development support, knowledge management, and process improvement to ensure Caribou delivers high-quality work and scales smoothly as a global, fully remote organisation.

In Short

  • Coordinate business development activities and maintain BD toolkit.
  • Manage proposal processes and ensure compliance documentation is accurate.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets for multiple projects.
  • Support resource planning and maintain programs data.

  • Continuously improve operational systems for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management or operations.
  • Strong writing and synthesis skills.
  • Experience managing digital knowledge management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident communicator across diverse cultures.
  • Proven ability to support complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience in business development pipelines is desirable.
