Overview

Caribou is looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead our design team and be a strategic partner with our product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing solutions based on research, analytics, and user testing, and can turn insights into beautifully designed experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• A passion for tools, automation, and AI.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proven track record of designing impactful eCommerce experiences.
• Organized, curious, and collaborative.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience building design processes in agile settings.
