Overview

Caribou is looking for a Digital Designer to create high-performing digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing channels, ensuring design excellence and brand consistency.

In Short

• Design responsive digital experiences across mobile and desktop.
• Create user-friendly landing pages that drive conversion and engagement.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Bring designs to life through motion and video.
• Collaborate with growth and content teams to design email campaigns and other digital assets.
• Analyze performance data to provide design improvements.
• Maintain and evolve Caribou’s design system across platforms.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks.
• Collaborate with developers for seamless design handoffs.
• Integrate AI tools into design and animation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for responsive frameworks.
• Understanding of performance-driven design principles.
• Experience in fintech or mission-driven startups is a plus.
• Motion/animation design experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
