Overview

As a Senior Quality Engineer at Caribou, you will lead the development of testing frameworks and empower engineering teams to produce high-quality software efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby on Rails applications.
• Building or evolving test automation frameworks (RSpec, Playwright).
• Experience with production systems and collaborative debugging.
• Ability to translate quality metrics into actionable improvements.
• Mentoring or coaching experience to strengthen engineering practices.
• Nice to have: GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipeline optimization.
• Interest in using AI to boost testing productivity.
