In Short

• Design best-in-class visual and brand experiences that bring the idea of energy abundance to life.
• Build and evolve Fuse’s brand system, including typography, color, iconography, illustration, and motion.
• Define the visual language for web and mobile, shaping UI components, interaction states, and scalable patterns.
• Extend the brand across digital, motion, hardware interfaces, packaging, and print.
• Establish messaging principles, tone guidelines, content patterns, and microcopy standards for consistent communication.
• As the first Digital Designer, shape the entire Fuse brand experience.
• Work with a design team that includes designers from Pentagram, Bakken & Bæck, and Revolut.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and across engineering, trading, and operations.
• Be part of a small team where design leads product development.
• Engage in a creative environment focused on innovative design solutions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and branding work.
• Experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts effectively.
• Experience in motion design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.
• Ability to adapt and iterate based on feedback and user testing.
• Knowledge of branding principles and strategies.
