Overview

We are seeking a talented legal counsel with commercial experience to join Ravelin. The ideal candidate will support the growth and development of the company through their expertise in commercial transactions and contract negotiation.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in technology or commercial law is desirable.
• Ability to draft and review commercial agreements.
• Interest in technology-related legal matters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Adaptable to new technologies and legal developments.
