Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, qualified or recently practicing commercial lawyer with deep experience in SaaS contracting and a strong understanding of AI-related legal considerations to join our Knowledge & Policy Team, within the GCO Customers & Commercial Practice Group.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent experience in commercial law.
• Experience negotiating complex SaaS contracts.
• Strong drafting skills with clear legal language.
• Understanding of data, privacy, liability, and IP issues.
• Practical mindset for translating legal risk.
• Collaborative and communicative skills.
• Experience with legal playbooks or knowledge hubs.
• Familiarity with generative AI in legal tech.
