Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

As the Legal Counsel, you will help further develop the legal function at Zeitview, providing legal advice and support primarily through drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

• Assist with legal process improvement initiatives.
• Support privacy, intellectual property, and corporate governance functions.
• 3-7 years of relevant legal experience required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira preferred.

Requirements

• JD or L.L.B from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one Canadian or U.S. jurisdiction.
• Solid experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with insurance policy administration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
