Senior DevOps Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineering Manager who combines strong people leadership with deep hands-on technical expertise to lead and grow a DevOps/SRE organization while actively designing, building, and operating the infrastructure, platforms, and tooling that power our engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with technical execution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD systems.
• Background working with global or distributed teams preferred.
• Experience in high-availability production systems.
• ML/Computer Vision experience is a plus.
