Project Manager - Client Operations - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the Client Operations Organization, serving as a bridge between Client Success and the broader Centivo organization.

• Develop project plans outlining objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and working without well-established policies.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office products.
