Project Manager - Client Operations - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the Client Operations Organization. This role serves as a bridge between Client Success and the broader Centivo organization, ensuring that market-facing needs and requirements are considered in both daily operations and larger projects that impact the market-facing team.

In Short

• Develop project plans outlining objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project progress.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed.
• Identify and address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare organization
• 3 years' experience working with self-funded plans in a TPA setting
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Green belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Proven organization skills with attention to detail and follow-up
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools (SmartSheets, MS Project, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
