Data Integration Lead - Remote

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Integration Lead to direct a high-performing team of analysts in designing, developing, and managing both new and existing data interfaces. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to ensure seamless data exchange processes that align with organizational goals and elevate business outcomes.

In Short

• Provide vision, direction, and structure for all data interface initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Analysts.
• Build, implement, and refine workflows for efficiency.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data interfaces.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams.
• Establish and maintain data exchange standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and refine processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Anticipate business growth and position the team to scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in a Payor, Health Plan, Health System, or Provider organization.
• 5+ years working with EDI and data interfaces.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing people and processes.
• Deep expertise in EDI & ANSI X12 healthcare transactions.
• Proficiency in SQL and JSON.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
