Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, build centralized project governance, and drive execution across product, technical, and operational teams. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can bring structure, transparency, and predictability to complex projects.

In Short

• Own the full portfolio of projects across all company domains: product, engineering, operations.
• Ensure delivery of key business outcomes through structured planning, execution, and tracking.
• Build a centralized Project and Release Management function including unified processes, templates, and tools.
• Define roles, SLAs, checkpoints, and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Manage cross-departmental roadmaps; oversee project and resource prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Align delivery teams with business goals and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Synchronize work between departments, enabling seamless collaboration across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Leadership.
• Build transparent reporting structures: dashboards, forecasts, status updates for executive leadership.
• Monitor team workloads and delivery velocity; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor project managers and support their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within product-led or technology companies.
• Previous experience in iGaming / gambling / betting industry is a must.
• Proven success managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall; pragmatic application of methodologies.
• Experience in building and scaling Delivery Management systems.
• Expertise in planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong understanding of metrics: OKRs, KPIs, SLA, and budget control.
• Hands-on experience with Change Management, team facilitation, and onboarding organizational shifts.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a PM team.
• Languages proficiency: Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is required; at least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
