Requirements

• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
• Knowledge of data protection laws including GDPR.
• Experience in employment law across jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with intellectual property management.
• Ability to oversee external counsel and provide training.
• Experience supporting sales teams in compliance matters.
