In Short

• Full-time, fully remote position based in Colombia.
• Build aspects of global benefits programs at tactical levels.
• Manage vendors, data, administration, and team member relationships.
• Support scaling of global benefits offerings through operational initiatives.
• Develop relationships with company partners regarding benefits offerings.
• Coordinate with benefits service providers and brokers globally.
• Collaborate with teams to identify implementation groups for new benefits.
• Develop resources related to pricing, compliance, and plan documentation.
• Identify and resolve operational process gaps in benefits offerings.
• Support cost booking, vendor billing, and benefits audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in administrating global or US Benefits.
• Business proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish.
• Fluency in Portuguese is an added bonus.
• Proficiency in benefits administration software and systems.
• Experience with benefits plan design and pricing.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets ability.
