In Short

• Provide delightful support to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits.
• Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/e-mail.
• Execute data-related tasks with care and precision.
• Help define and execute on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work closely with the Benefits team and other departments.
• Provide analytical, administrative, and technical support for benefits programs.
• Maintain operations process documents and find automation possibilities.
• Research and distill written knowledge in Notion.
• Champion Remote's values and Benefits team's goals.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits.
• Obsessed with providing excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
