In Short

  • Lead all operational aspects of renewals and implementations, including system updates, outbound communications, benefits process optimization, and resource management
  • Identify and resolve operational process gaps associated with new and existing benefits offerings
  • Refine implementation workflows and help to ensure successful benefits product launches
  • Coordinate regularly with benefits service providers, outsourced vendors, and brokers on a global basis to ensure the success of ongoing benefits administration and daily operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with company partners to socialize and manage changes in benefits offerings and processes
  • Collaborate with customer and employee-facing teams, as well as the Benefits Design team, to identify implementation groups and opportunities for new benefits offerings
  • Develop resources associated with pricing, compliance, frequently asked questions, marketing materials, plan documentation, and other information relating to new and existing benefits offerings
  • Support cost booking, vendor billing, customer invoicing, and benefits audit processes
  • Lead conversations regarding benefits offerings with customers and supported employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in administrating global or US Benefits
  • Business proficiency in the English language.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is an added bonus.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration software and systems
  • Strong understanding of benefits plan design and pricing
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets ability
