Mediavine is seeking an experienced Sr. People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations Team.

In Short

• Administer programs including benefits, leave, perks, wellness, compliance, health and safety.
• Ensure consistent application of employee benefits and perks.
• Partner with leadership to align total rewards strategies with business objectives.
• Manage relationship with PEO for maximum benefit.
• Lead annual open enrollment and team member education.
• Administer employee leave programs ensuring compliance.
• Manage a competitive 401k plan and ERISA compliance.
• Ensure compliance across all rewards programs with regulations.
• Develop communications for total rewards and compliance matters.
• Promote engagement opportunities for a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Experience in benefits management and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with external partners.
• Experience in administering leave programs.
• Understanding of 401k plan management.
