Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent).
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
• 1+ year of relevant legal experience.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, software licensing, and commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with templates.
• Good communication skills and commercial mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
