As a Director of People Enablement at Vanta, you will focus on enhancing the onboarding process, developing managers and leaders, and implementing effective learning tools and platforms to foster employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience leading teams for at least 2 years.
• Proven track record in onboarding and leadership programs.
• Strong business acumen linking initiatives to performance.
• Skilled in leveraging learning platforms.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
