Sales Executive - Remote

Overview

As a Sales Executive at Vacasa, you will be responsible for growing our short-term rental inventory by selling property management solutions to homeowners in your assigned territory.

In Short

• Handle inbound/outbound sales operations through various channels.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure owner satisfaction by working closely with local operations.
• Log and update sales activities in the CRM.
• Manage a large volume of networking and lead generation.
• Attend weekly department meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to generate sales opportunities and build trust with prospects.
• Must develop confidence with prospects and be knowledgeable about the industry.
• Grounded in ethical business practices.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
• Solid computer skills including experience with G Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to set and exceed aggressive goals.
• Frequent travel within the market is required.
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus.
