• Position is 100% remote.
• Monitor last minute bookings and flag fraudulent activities.
• Investigate and mediate disputes between users.
• Handle customer concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• Make decisions on user compliance with guidelines.
• Cancel high risk reservations and process refunds.
• Interact with field staff regarding fraud response.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Communicate effectively in a customer-centric manner.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
