The Trial Experience Specialist at HighLevel will impact the experience of customers at the beginning of their journey with the SaaS platform, providing world-class engagement and support.

In Short

  • Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships.
  • Align solutions to customer goals and needs.
  • Develop rapport with new business customers through inbound engagement.
  • Articulate and showcase the HighLevel platform's value proposition.
  • Conduct consultative trial engagements via Zoom.
  • Engage through various communication channels to enhance trial experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions.
  • Provide technical support to customers during the trial period.
  • Adapt to business needs with other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service or relevant experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude with HighLevel software.
  • Experience with technical documentation and presentations preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, and SEO.
  • Experience with various CRM platforms and communication systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and organized to manage multiple responsibilities.
