Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing the full worker lifecycle and ensuring a safe and trustworthy work environment.

In Short

• Conduct routine audits of community members for compliance.
• Identify and blacklist non-compliant workers.
• Manage worker disputes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Continuously monitor the worker database for violations.
• Communicate effectively with workers regarding guidelines.
• Collaborate with recruiting and project management teams.
• Use GenAI tools for enhanced monitoring processes.
• Provide regular updates on trust and safety issues.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and self-directed work ethic.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools.
• Experience in a recruiting or HR-related role is a plus.
• Ability to make informed decisions on disputes.
• Experience working on AI projects is beneficial.
• Willingness to cover shifts as necessary.
