Requirements

  • Experience in trust and safety or content moderation.
  • Strong understanding of content moderation processes.
  • Proficiency with support platforms like Zendesk.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Technical familiarity with debugging is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and escalate critical issues.
