Overview

The Strategic Healthcare Account Manager at Ushur will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with key Health Plans, leveraging the Ushur AI-powered Customer Experience Automation platform to enhance customer journeys in the healthcare sector.

  • Develop new business opportunities with marquee Health Plans.
  • Manage account plans for large Health Plan customers.
  • Become a trusted advisor to client executives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant presentations.
  • Develop proposals and business cases for clients.
  • Partner with Customer Success Teams for ongoing support.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Ushur Platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS-based Enterprise Software Solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience selling to national Health Plans with over 500K members.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing accounts for at least one national health plan.
  • Subject matter expertise in healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of technology interactions within health plans.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills for C-level presentations.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
  • High sense of urgency and energy.
