Product Manager - Vendor Risk - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager on the Vendor Risk team at UpGuard, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering enhancements and new features across our Vendor Risk product suite, ensuring we meet customer needs and maintain high standards for quality and scalability.

In Short

• Plan, prioritize, and own delivery of features based on customer feedback and product analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Support product discovery efforts, including problem validation and user interviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in product workflows and UI/UX.
• Contribute to product roadmap alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for product launches.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Track feature adoption and success using data and feedback.
• Champion the voice of the customer for impactful improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of end-to-end product delivery.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and curious approach to product improvement.
• Experience managing a product roadmap.
