Overview

The Training and Development Manager at Unlimit is responsible for creating and managing onboarding and training programs, developing competency models, and ensuring the effectiveness of training initiatives to support the company’s growth and employee development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in T&D.
• Experience in developing training and development strategies.
• Knowledge of evaluating training program effectiveness.
• Experience in integrating technologies into training.
• Management of evaluation and succession planning programs.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant certificates and coaching experience.
