Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing talent within the Fintech sector.
• Executive Search experience is required.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2).
• Attention to detail and proactivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
