Overview

Lyra Health is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch, and is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to enhance employee training and development programs.

In Short

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement training and development programs.
  • Identify training needs and design curriculum.
  • Manage onboarding and performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with HR and stakeholders across 19 countries.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Assess effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
  • Develop and oversee progress of assessments and certifications.
  • Support the management of the L&D budget.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in learning and development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or similar role.
  • MSc in HR, L&D or relevant certification is desirable.
  • Experience working in an international context.
  • Solid experience with Workday and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google systems and familiarity with agile learning methods.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and individual wellbeing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and helping others succeed.
