• Serve as the point of contact for integration-related activities.

Requirements

• Postgraduate, Master or MBA in Human Resources is desirable.
• Degree in Business Management or HR related is mandatory.
• CIPD Level 5-7 completed.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar senior role or 10-12 years in HR.
• Excellent IT literacy skills, especially in the Google stack.
• Practical experience of EU employee legislation, particularly UK regulations.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday is advantageous.
• Fluency in additional languages is desirable.
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize in changing environments.
