Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner within GM's S&S Embedded Platform Engineering organization, focusing on executing organizational and talent strategies aligned with GM’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and Cognos.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions integration.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Managerial courage in communication.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
