Overview

The Sales Learning and Development Manager at Cority is responsible for defining, designing, and executing a comprehensive learning and development program for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and skills.

  • Design structured onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Analyze performance metrics to enhance training programs.
  • Ensure training materials are updated with product enhancements.
  • Support new product launches with enablement materials.
  • Focus on employee development and career planning.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in instructional design or sales enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and enablement tools.
  • Experience creating interactive training content.
  • Ability to communicate complex product information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies is a plus.
