Overview

The Implementation Consultant at Cority will work on implementing EHSQ software solutions for clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective use of the software.

• Act as a liaison between Cority and clients for software implementation.
• Ensure client satisfaction with Cority software and services.
• Follow Cority Implementation Methodology for project management.
• Guide clients on software configuration to meet their business needs.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and develop tailored programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and instill confidence.
• Stay updated on new software features.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software implementation experience.
• Experience in safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene preferred.
• Knowledge of system implementation life cycles and project management.
• Professional designations (CIH, CSP) are an asset.
