Training & Development Manager - Remote

Overview

The Training & Development Manager will own and evolve Fora's advisor education strategy, creating and delivering world-class training programs that empower our travel advisors to build successful businesses.

In Short

• Lead the development of comprehensive training curricula across all advisor experience levels.
• Source and collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational content.
• Establish and maintain production standards for all training content.
• Create engaging training materials including slide decks and assessments.
• Facilitate live training sessions both virtually and in-person.
• Track and report on key metrics related to training effectiveness.
• Own advisor certification achievement and business performance metrics.
• Review and act on advisor feedback to improve training content.
• Ensure all training content maintains consistent quality and branding standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing successful training programs.
• Experience with virtual and in-person training facilitation.
• Excellence in content creation and presentation development.
