As a Bookings Associate at Fora, you play a key role in Fora’s core booking operations, responsible for logging, revising, and managing a wide range of bookings submitted by our travel advisors.

Requirements

• 3 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in GSuite Apps, MS Excel, PDF, Emails.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in customer service handling large volumes of tickets.
• Weekend schedule capacity is ideal.
• AP/AR/ERP software experience is a plus.
