The Director of Portfolio Training Design and Development is responsible for shaping and executing high-impact training initiatives that align with clinical, financial, and service quality goals at the University of Maryland Medical System.

  • Advanced skills in strategic planning and leadership.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics for training effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making across functions.
  • Expert communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
