Director of Development Strategy and Support - Remote

Overview

As the Director of Development Strategy and Support, you help drive and manage the periodic global portfolio title review process across PlayStation Studios, including tracking and reporting on multiple projects in various development stages, coordinating internal reviews, assisting in collecting and reviewing materials, and driving follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of games industry experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in game production or development project management.
• Ability to review and analyze development stage deliverables.
• Familiarity with tools for validating game development projects.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging partners.
• Strong presentation skills and experience collaborating with global teams.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or greater.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
