Overview

As the Director of Development Strategy and Support, you help drive and manage the periodic global portfolio title review process across PlayStation Studios, including tracking and reporting on multiple projects in various development stages, coordinating internal reviews, assisting in collecting and reviewing materials, and driving follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of games industry experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with single player and GaaS/Live Service games.
• Ability to analyze development stage deliverables.
• Familiarity with user research and playtesting tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and experience with global teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or greater.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
