Overview

The primary function of the Director of Sales is to oversee the Loan Officer team and sell loan products offered by Universal Lending Corporation to buyers of New Home Co.

Requirements

  • Must have an active state MLO license.
  • High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years lending origination experience.
  • Knowledge of Encompass or other LOS systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and identify risks.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships.
