Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader for the User Help Desk with experience in IT support and team management to lead and optimize processes in a public sector company based in Berlin.

Requirements

• Degree or technical training in IT, computer science, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
• Experience in leading a team in IT operations
• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, network operations, and project management
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach
• On-call duty outside regular working hours
