Team Leader UX/UI Design - Remote

Overview

As a Team Leader for UX/UI Design, you will guide and develop a team of designers while shaping the UX vision and strategy for StayFriends and Lebensfreunde.

In Short

• Lead a team of four UX/UI designers.
• Define and refine the UX vision and strategy.
• Develop hypotheses and validate new UX solutions.
• Create interaction concepts, scribbles, and wireframes.
• Coordinate and enhance user research activities.
• Maintain and develop the design system and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and empathy for user needs.
• Solid knowledge of user interface design for web and apps.
• Analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
• Completed studies in Communication, Interface, or Interaction Design.
• Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
