Design Team Lead - Remote

Our design team is looking for a team lead! At Ehrenkind, we live our passion for aesthetics and high-quality products. As part of our 5-member team, you will significantly shape the visual identity of Ehrenkind. You are not only an expert but also a mentor and team player. Your expertise and leadership skills are needed to elevate our team to the next level. Let's create unique customer experiences and designs that inspire!

In Short

• You will take on a mix of operational tasks and leadership responsibilities, with a focus on operational tasks.
• Along with your team, you will significantly drive the expansion of our brand presence (website, print, email marketing, social media).
• With a lot of creative flair, you will create layouts for flyers, promotional materials, user manuals, and other documents (print & digital).
• You will edit product images for various channels (online shop, social media, Amazon, Otto), which are of high importance to us as they replace a showroom and should convey our products as realistically as possible to our customers.
• You will provide internal advice on style and design topics and be the point of contact for any design questions.
• As a team lead, you will accompany our designers and photographers as a disciplinary and technical leader.
• You will actively shape the professional development of the design team, mentor them, and continuously develop the team beyond everyday work.
• You will be responsible for the quality of the team's work results and take responsibility for your projects, considering quality, time, and budget - improving workflows where you see a need.
