IT Service Manager (m/f/d) - Energy Sector - Remote

Overview

The IT Service Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and further development of the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring system availability and managing user administration in the energy sector.

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Document Management System (DMS)
• Ensure functionality and system availability of the DMS
• Manage user permissions and controls
• Analyze requirements from various departments
• Train users on the DMS and address inquiries
• Monitor and control service levels
• Full-time position with a 38-hour workweek
• Salary range between 50000 € and 72000 € per year
• Opportunity to work 2 days a week remotely
• Located in Helmstedt with occasional work in Hannover

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
• Practical experience as an IT Service Manager or similar role
• Basic knowledge of Document Management Systems
• Experience in administration and configuration of M365 Services, especially MS-SharePoint is desirable
• Fluent German language skills at C1 level
